Led by the Franciscans and settled next to village Mátraverebély, Szentkút  is a Roman Catholic place of pilgrimage, Marian-shrine. Pilgrims and non-believers have been visiting the place for 8 centuries for finding spiritual peace and solace. It’s open for pilgrims from all over the world with its outdoor mass place renewed in 2015, with its pilgrim church and with the park of St. László-source.
